Catherine Carter, a health administrator from Chicago, IL has held positions in the health and wellness industry for 21 years. Carter opened SuperSlow of Scottsdale in March, 2001, the first (and thus far only) licensed facility in Arizona, and the studio is now an education center for students studying the protocol. The studio maintains a distraction free exercise environment; offering one-on-one strength training in which instructors employ the 10/10 protocol of high intensity exercise. "Our clients range from 11-82 years of age and are living proof that with SuperSlow high intensity exercise, tremendous strength and conditioning benefits are produced in only 2-half-hour sessions a week.
